Year 7 Residential – South Wales 2022
Dear Parent/Carer,
I would like to invite you and your son to attend a parents’ meeting regarding the Year 7 South Wales Residential trip on Wednesday 22nd June, 6pm, in the school sports hall.
Upon arriving please make your way to the side gate where a member of staff will direct you down to the sports hall. Please make sure you arrive before 6pm as shortly after the gate will be locked and the meeting will take place.
The meeting will be around one hour, and you will receive all the necessary guidance & information in preparation for our trip. You will also have opportunity to meet some of the staff who will be attending the Residential.
Your attendance is important as there will be paperwork to be completed and information to take home, however, if you are unable to make it please contact me via email.
There will be a school medical consent form along with activity consent forms from Cardiff White Water Centre that will need to be completed and returned after the meeting for your son to take part in activities and attend the trip.
It is vital that payments are brought up to date before the meeting with the Finance office. Please check your ParentPay account.
